摘要
研究了以硫酸锂和氯化钠为原料制备氯化锂的方法 ,硫酸锂与氯化钠在室温条件下 1∶1(体积比 )反应 ,反应液经减压浓缩后于 - 5℃温度下完全析出硫酸钠晶体 ,继续浓缩反应液得到氯化锂的饱和溶液 ,冷却结晶。其工艺简单 ,成本较低 ,所得氯化锂产品能达到一级品的要求 ,且收率在 95 % (质量分数 )
The preparation of lithium chloride was studied.The lithium sulfate react with sodium chloride at the room temperature,the ratio is 1∶1.Sodium sulfate crystallized completely at -5 ℃ after concentrating the reaction solution by reduced pressure distillation.Then concentrating the mother liquor of lithium chloride until it is saturated,cooling and crystallizing,so lithium chloride is obtained.The process is simple,the cost is lower,the product quality can meet the first-grade standard and the yield can be up to 95%.
