摘要
本文考察了炭化温度和粘结剂煤焦油配比对炭分子筛空分性能的影响,并在DA方程基础上分析了炭分子筛微孔结构变化。结果表明,炭分子筛微孔孔径和孔容随炭化温度提高而增大,随焦油配比增大而减小。当炭化温度为900℃,焦油配比4.26wt%时,所得炭分子筛的空分性能最佳。
Effects of carbonization temperature and ratio of coal tar added as adhensive on the air seperating ability of carbon molecular sieve (CMS)produced from high volatile bituminous coal are discussed in view of micropore structure change.The Dubinin-As takhov equation is used to desc -ribe the CO_2 adsorption isotherm of the CMS.The result shows that bo -th micropore volume and micropore size increase with the increase of carb -onizatiort temperature,whereas decrease with the increase of the coal tar ratio。The air seperating ability of CMS reaches maximum when the carbon- ization temperature is 900℃ and the coal tar ratio is 4.26 wt%.
