摘要
以大庆石油焦为原料,采用物理化学联合活化法制备炭分子筛,考察了碱炭比、活化温度、活化时间对炭分子筛吸附性能的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件并制得比表面积近3 000 m2/g的炭分子筛。进而通过热处理、表面氧化方法,得到孔径均一(中孔达85%),表面酸度适宜(150-240℃之间为弱酸,240-340 ℃为中强酸,340-450℃为强酸分布)的催化剂载体。与传统氧化铝比较,多孔炭具有酸度分布广泛的特点。
Carbon molecular sieve (CMS) with a specific surface area over 3 000 m2/g is obtained from Daqing petroleum coke by KOH activation. The effects of the ratio of alkali to coke, the activation temperature and the activation time on the adsorption properties of the carbon molecular sieve are investigated. With the obtained CMS as the starting material, a catalyst support with well - developed pore structure, of which over 85% is mesopores, has been prepared via a heat - treatment and the HNO3 oxidization process. The obtained catalyst support has a wide distribution in surface acid strength: weakly acidic at 150 - 240 ℃, mild acidic at 240 - 340 ℃, hard acid at 340 - 450 ℃. In comparison to Al2O3 that is a conventional catalyst support, the wider distribution in acidity in the case of the carbon support is a favorable characteristic for catalysis.
