摘要 根据煤仓内煤的流动特性,提出设计双曲线和指数曲线形煤仓结构形式,用电磁振动器、空气助流器和链板助流法防止煤流堵塞。 Coal flow in bunker is affected by coal size, adhesiveness, water content of coal and the structure of a bunker. It also related to the density and seperation of a coal pile in the bunker. The coal flow will have a free continuous flow, a central pipe flow and a arch type jam. From a mine production, it is hoped that the coal flow in bunker is in a free continuous flow condition. Therefore, the structure design of a bunker will have following requirements. 1) A silo is optimum in cylinder and secondary in sqare. 2) The wall of silo is best in double curves and paramenter curves. 3) The hopper should be equiped eccentric or bar plan arrangement. 4) The min. angle of hopper should be 15 higher than the nature stop angle of coal. 5) the design should be a inclined compound bunker with screw conveyor to improve the coal flow in bunker. Also it should use mechanical way to prevent coal jam. It will need an eleectromagnetic vibrator on the top of the silo.
