平煤三矿庚组煤仓改造扩修技术的优化与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对受矿压影响造成平煤三矿庚组煤仓仓壁喷浆层脱落严重,煤仓内径明显缩小,且造成多次煤仓堵塞,影响采、掘工作面施工的问题,提出了复杂围岩条件下煤仓改造扩修技术的施工方法和工艺流程,制定了采用锚网加钢筋混凝土浇注支护,自下而上的施工方案,有效确保了庚组煤仓扩修改造施工质量及施工安全,对相似情况下的煤仓改造扩修施工具有一定的指导意义。 The mine pressure caused the problem of the shotcrete layer severely fall off the silo wall, the diameter of the coal bunker was significantly reduced and blocked the coal bunker repeatedly, to solve this problem, it proposes the construction methods and processes of the technology of expansion and renovation of the coal bunker under complex surrounding rocks ,Developed the plan of using anchor net plus reinforced concrete for supporting and bottom-up construction program , it effectively guaranteed the construction quality and construction safety during the expansion and renovation of the coal bunker, and also has certain guiding significance on the expansion and renovation of the coal bunker under similar circumstances.
