摘要
在设计铰链四杆机构轨迹发生器时,本文把曲柄存在条件和最小传动角大于许用值的条件归结为杆长和许用最小传动角的两个不等式组,进而证明了选取参数的3个命题,并提出了两种简便、实用的方法——直接法和间接法。文中证明的一些结论,对于在优化设计时简化约束条件也是有意义的。
When designing a path generator of four-bar linkage, it is necessary to predetermine design parameters in order to reduce the difficulty in design. Up to now, there are not any articles on the forward selection of parameters for satisfying other additional requirements. A problem of selecting three parameters and making them to satisfy the conditions of crank existence and the conditions which allow the minimum transmission angle to be greater than the allowance is discussed in this paper. Meanwhile, two simple and practical methods—direct and indirect methods are put forward. Certain conclusions drawn are meaningful to simplify the constraint conditions in the optimal synthesis of mechanisms.
