摘要
目的:综述胰岛素增敏剂的研究进展和临床应用概况,借以评价其疗效与安全性。方法:采用国内外文献进行分析与评价。结果与结论:胰岛素增敏剂的研制、应用进展迅速,可增强2型糖尿病患者对胰岛素的敏感性,改善对血糖和血脂的控制,为临床治疗2型糖尿病开辟了一个重要的和新的途径。
Objective:To summarize the aspect of clinical usage and research progress on insulin sensitizer,and evaluate their clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:To collecte medical literatures in recent years at home and abroad.Results and Conclusion:Advance in preparation and clinical usage of insulin sensitizer has been swiftly in recent years,strenthening patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus susceptibility to insulin,improving the control for blood sugar and hyperlipemia,so insulin sensitizer plays an important part and is a new way in the treatment of diabets.
