术后粘连性肠梗阻致梗阻性黄疸一例

摘要患者男性,57岁.因'右侧腹痛3个月,皮肤巩膜黄染1个月'于2000年5月10日入院.3个月前无明显诱因出现右侧腹部阵发性隐痛,并觉右侧腹部局限性隆起.
