摘要
目的研究胃癌术后黄疸的临床特点及其诊断和治疗。方法分析胃癌术后黄疸３２例。其中良性黄疸１６例，行外科治疗７例，其余经内科治疗；肿瘤复发黄疸１６例，行化疗２例，行手术治疗８例。结果良性黄疸予以手术和内科治疗２周后治愈，肿瘤复发性黄疸经化疗、手术引流后，黄疸症状缓解，结论良性黄疸经手术和内科治疗可治愈，复发性黄疸治疗效果不佳。
Objective To study the clinical features of postoperative jaundice of gastric cancer for guiding the diagnosis and therapy. Methods Thirty-two cases of postoperative Jaundice of gastric cancer were reviewed. Sixteen cases were benign jaundice and operations were performed in 7 patients, conservative therapy was used for other benign cases. The other 16 cases were recurrent patients, and operations were done in 8 patients, chemotherapy in 2 cases. Results Operation or conservative therapy could cure the benign jaundice within two weeks. Chemotherapy or surgical procedures decreased the jaundice of recarrent cancer. Conclusion Benign jaundice can be cured and relapse jaundice only can be relived.
