摘要
为解决呼吸阀的冻结问题,欲开发一种新型呼吸阀——太阳能-热管呼吸阀,其设计原理是用热管将太阳能集热板收集的热量传递到呼吸阀的阀盘周围,使阀盘的温度高于油罐内油气的露点温度,达到不结冰的目的。油罐和呼吸阀的温度场是了解呼吸阀的工作特性和研究新型呼吸阀的基础,按照二维稳定导热建立油罐模型,采用有限差分方法,将其差分格式化,运用列主元消去法求解方程,得到油罐气体空间温度分布规律。
To solve the problem of breather valve frozen, a new breather valve-solar energy-heat pipe breather valve is to be developed. The designing principle of the breather valve is using heat-pipe to transmit heat collected by solar-energy collector to the vicinity of valve tray, then use the heat conveyed by heat-pipe to raise the temperature inside the tank above the dew-point temperature of the gas to prevent from being frozen.The temperature pattern of oil tank and breather valve is the base of understanding the working characteristics of breather valve and studing new type breather valve. Oil tank model is established according to two-dimensions stable heat transfer,finite difference method is used to difference the model, and the equation is solved by column principal element elimination method. Use the method of finite difference to obtain the principle of temperature distributing of gas space in the tank.
