摘要
综合分析了大气环境、太阳辐射、罐壁、罐壁基础和罐内外气体对流等影响油罐气体空间温度场的因素;实际测量了大气温度和两个油罐气体空间不同部位的温度,据此推导出大致符合余弦规律变化的温度公式;经Matlab曲线拟合,两个油罐气体空间温度相似度达到0.8左右,大气和两个罐内气体温度的初相位分别为-0.4和-0.8。
Environment effect of atmosphere condition, solar radiation, tank wall, tank wall foundation and gas convection affected temperature field of gas space in oil tank were analyzed in detail. As well as atmosphere temperature and each position temperature of gas space in two tanks were practical measured. Temperature fbrmulas were exported approxi- mately according to cosine rule. With Matlab curve simulation, the R - square of two tanks' gas space temperature arrived at 0.8, the initial phases of atmosphere and the temperature in oil tank were -0.4 and - 0. 8, respectively.
