摘要
文章根据塑料制品成型时的实际尺寸和收缩量,推导了注射模型腔设计时平均尺寸法和极值法的计算公式,探讨了其适用的条件和型腔制造时基本尺寸的偏差标注方法。
This paper derives the computing formula of the average size and extremum method according to the autual size and shrinkage of the finished plastic products.It also discusses the conditions of its application and the deviation marking method of the mould size.
