摘要
目的 :建立七味都气丸中五味子酯甲、五味子甲素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,使用C18柱 ,甲醇 水 (75∶2 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 :2 5 4nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,五味子酯甲平均加样回收率为 96 .8% ,RSD为4 .8% ;五味子甲素平均加样回收率为 96 .6 % ,RSD为 3.4 %。结论 :方法简便 ,分离度较好 ,结果稳定 ,可用于七味都气丸的质量控制。
Objective: To develop a method for content determination of Schizandrin A and Wuweiziester A in Qiweiduqi pills.Method: Reverse-Phase HPLC was used to determination the content of Schizandrin A and Wuweiziester A in Qiweiduqi pills. The separation was performed on Supelcosil C 18 column with methanol∶water (75∶25) as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 254 nm. Result: The linearity of this method was well,The average recovery of schizandrin A was 96.6%,RSD was 3.4%;The average recovery of wuweiziester A was 96.8%,RSD was 4.8%.Conclusion: The method is simple、reliable. It also has a good separating degree. It can be used for quality control of Qiweiduqi pills.
