摘要
采用薄层色谱法鉴别南、北五味子，并采用薄层扫描法对南、北五味子中主要有效成分五味子甲、乙素的含量进行测定，方法简便。
A method for the identification of southern and Northern Wuweizi and for the determination of chief effective compounds schizandrin A and B in Southern and Northern Wuweizi by TLC scanning was reported. The method is simple and steady.
