金铁锁三个居群的随机扩增多态性DNA分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :为金铁锁种质资源保护、种源质量标准研究奠定基础。方法 :采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分析方法对来自昆明、鹤庆、中甸的三个不同金铁锁PsammosilenetunicoidesW .C .WuerC .Y .Wu居群进行了居群遗传研究。结果 :金铁锁居群内遗传多样性较为丰富 ,同时居群间有较大的分化。结论 :在进行种质资源保护时 。 Objective:To lay the groundwork for germplasm resources conservation, and to build of quality specifications of germplasm.Method:To study on three populations of psammoilene tunicoides W.C.Wu et C.Y.Wu from kunming,Heqing and Zhongdian by RAPD analysis. Results:Genetic diversity within populations is rich,and difference among populations is great.Conclusion:While conserving germplasm resources, it should to pay same attention to genetic diversity within and among population.
