摘要
测定 92名老年人与 35名健康青年人血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和过氧化脂质的主要降解产物丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :92名老年人血清SOD、MDA测定值均明显高于 35名青年人 ,两者之间存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。研究发现 :青年人SOD较低而老年人SOD反而较高 ,与文献报导老人SOD较低有所差异 。
The content of SOD and MPA in serum among 92 cases of senile and 35 cases of youth has been determined.The result shows 92 cases of senile determining value of SOD and MPA in serum were significantly higher than 35 cases of youth.There was greatly difference between them.The study found that SOD in youth was lower,while they were higher in senile,which was different from literatures.
