摘要
mRNA差异显示技术是研究基因表达差异的有效方法,近些年在研究、分离与克隆植物特异表达基因方面有重要应用。本文对该技术在植物抗逆、抗病机理研究中的应用进行了综述。
mRNA differential display technique is an effective method to study the genes which express specially. It also can help us to analyze, search and clone the different genes in plant. This paper review the applications of the technique on the mechanism of plant resistance to adverse and disease in recent years.
