摘要
采用类型校正法消除了光谱法与红外吸收法在测定重轨钢中碳含量时的系统误差。结合金相低倍组织检验,分析了光谱法在重轨腰部碳分析结果异常偏高的原因,并建立了相应的分析方法。该方法已用于重轨钢样的均匀性检验中,取得了良好的效果。
By the use of the type-correction method , the systematic error of AES determination of carbon in steel was eliminated. Thus the direct-reading photoelectric AES method can be applied more effectively, rapidly and economically in the study of segregation of the heavy rail steel. The results obtained by the AES method were in conformity with the results obtained by the IR-absorptiospectrometric method. It was found that serious segregation of carbon happened in the middle part of the steel heavy rail. Inspite of the use of type-correction, discrepancy still happened between the results of carbon samples from the middle part of the heavy rail obtained by the AES method and IR-absorptiospectrometric method. By the help of metallographic testing, the cause of discrepancy was found, and special measure of choice of the position in the rail sample for excitation in the AES determination of carbon was taken, and the above mentioned discrepancy was overcome. By this modification, the AES method was used satisfactorily in the study of segregation and homogeneity of the heavey rail steel.
