摘要
本文研究了用光电直读光谱法同时测定金属铝中１５个元素的方法，对光源及测定条件进行了最佳选择，具有测定时间短、灵敏度、准确度高等优点。含量在０．１％－１％之间，ＲＳＤ＜３％含量在０．００１％－０．１％之间，ＲＳＤ＜６％；含量＜０．００１％，ＲＳＤ＜１４％。经与化学法比对，结果十分吻合。
In this paper,determination method of fifteen elements,in aluminium by photoelectric direct reading spectrometry was studied.The optimal condition and source mode were selected.This method is rapid,it has higher sensitivity and accuracy.Analysis range:0.1%-1%,RSD<3%;0.001%- 0.1% RSD<6%; <0.001% RSD<14%.The results obtained are comparable with chemical analysis method.
