摘要
在稀盐酸溶液中,Se(Ⅳ)与碘化钾反应生成碘分子,碘分子与吖啶红反应,使其发生荧光猝灭反应,荧光猝灭值在一定范围内与硒(Ⅳ)浓度呈线性关系,据此建立了测定痕量硒的荧光猝灭方法。方法的测定范围为0.01~O.20μg·ml-1。方法用于金属锰中痕量硒的测定,结果满意。
It was reported that acridine red emitted fluorescence when excited at 400nm and its intensity was measured at the emission wavelength of 560nm. When trace amounts of Se(Ⅳ) (<5μg) were present and KI was added, Se(Ⅳ) reacts with iodide to give free iodine which has a quenching effect on the fluorescence given by acridine red. Linear relationship between the decrease of fluorescence intensity (△F) and the concentration of Se(Ⅳ) was obtained in the range of 0. 01-0. 20μg of Se(Ⅳ) per ml of solution. Precision of the reaction was tested at the concentration level of 0. 040μg of Se(Ⅳ) per ml and the RSD's (n = 9) was found to be 3. 8%. This method was used in the determination of Se(Ⅳ) in manganese metal and the RSD s (n=7) found in the analysis of 3 samples were less than 3. 4%. Recoveries in the range of 98%-108% were obtained.
