苯并咪唑衍生物荧光猝灭法测定硒盐中的微量硒 被引量:2

Fluorimetric Determination of Trace Selenium(Ⅳ) in Selemium Salt with Benzimidazole Derivative by Fluorescence Quenching Effect

摘要 以Se(Ⅳ)与I-的氧化还原反应为基础,利用I2对苯并咪唑衍生物6-甲基-2-(α-羟乙基)-1H-苯并咪唑(MHBM)的荧光猝灭作用,用荧光猝灭分光光度法测定了硒盐中的微量硒。实验结果表明,当KI和MHBM的加入量分别为0.1mL和2.5mL时,硒的检出限0.17ng/mL,线性范围为0.34~5.0ng/mL。方法用于强化硒盐样品中微量硒的测定,RSD(n=6)2.36%,回收率94.8%~106%。 Based on the redox reaction of Se(lV) with I^-, a fluorescence quenching method was developed by 6-methyl-2-(a-hydroxyethyl)-1H-benzimidazole (MHBM) for the determination of trace Se (IV) in strengthen selenium salt. Experimental results showed that the linear range of Se (IV) was 0.34-5.0ng/mL with a detection limit of 0.17ng/mL when the amount of KI and MHBM was 0.1 and 2.5 milliliter respectively. The method has been used for the determination of trace Se (Ⅳ) in strengthen selenium salt with 2..36% RSD. The recovery was 94.8%~106%.
