摘要
针对小型无人机操纵舵面的特点,利用玻璃钢复合材料比强度高、柔韧性良好的特性,提出了“薄片”式狭长矩形玻璃钢复合材料迭层板舵面柔性铰链片的设计概念。介绍了柔性铰链片的结构及其成型工艺方法。柔性铰链片是通过变曲率的柱状弯曲来实现舵面的偏转功能,不仅提高了舵面气动效率,而且提高了舵面精度,使用效果良好。
A new design concept of flexible lamella 'hinge' for unmanned aerial vehicle( UAV) control surface is presented. The flexible lamella 'hinge' is made of thin GFRP (glass-fiber reinforced polymer) laminates because it is more flexible than other materials. The flexible lamella 'hinge' can be bended into column shape adaptive to control surface movement. The structure types of the GFRP flexible lamella 'hinge' are given, and its manufacture method is realizable. This new design concept have been applied to a UAV successfully, the aerodynamic efficiency of control surface is improved obviously.
