摘要
通过对低密度聚乙烯大棚膜专用树脂性能的分析,确定了专用树脂18B的性能指标及工艺操作条件,并试生产成功。大棚膜专用树脂18B的熔体流动指数为0.5～0.9g/10 min、密度为0.918～0.922g/cm^3、拉伸强度为13.5 MPa、薄膜雾度小于等于11%,具有保温、耐候、长寿、透明性高等优点,其机械性能也明显高于通用薄膜产品,是生产大棚膜、重包装膜的理想材料。
The performance specification and the process parameters of the low density polyethylene speciality resin 18B were determined through the analyses of properties of the resin for green house film. The trial production of the resin was completed successfully, and the product had melt flow index of 0.5-0.9 g/10min, density 0.918-0.922 g/cm3, tensile strength 13.5 MPa and film haze less than 11%. The speciality resin 18B possessed characters of heat retention, weathering resistance, high transparency and long serviceable life, and exhibited mechanical properties better than the resins for general-purpose film. It is proved that the resin 18B is one kind of ideal materials suitable for producing agricultural film and heavy packaging film.
