提出了一套技术监测的指标 ,用以监测某技术领域。通过这些指标的交互对比分析 ,可以比较清晰地描绘该技术领域有哪些机构 ,在从事哪些研究 ;掌握该领域研究的热点 ,监测各研究主题的变化情况 ,预测有前景的主要成长领域 ,为科研方向的选择和管理提供有益的帮助。并对知识发现和数据挖掘领域进行了实证分析。
This paper gives a set of technology monitoring indicators. It is regarded that we could use these indicators to monitoring and analyzes a technology. After that the essay makes the positive studies of data mining.
