摘要
依据能量守恒,热力学原理,分析了闭式液压系统内的油温,给出了计算公式。表明系统内油温与液压泵的选配、泵和马达系统的总效率、工作压力、转速、散热器诸因素有关。计算并说明了一个工程实际问题,对机器设计有指导作用。
The internal oil temperature of close type hydraulic system was analysed through the law of conservation of energy and the principle of thermodynamics in this paper.The calculating formula was gaven.The result is:The temperature have something to do with the pump.the efficiency of pump and motor.the work pressure.the rotational speed and the radiator.The topic on engineering application was discussed too.The result contribute to machine design.
