摘要
工业窑炉液压系统的压力、容积和机械损失构成了总的能量损失,这些能量损失都将转化为热量,使系统的油温升高,从而使油液的物理性能发生变化,影响液压系统的正常工作。为保证系统的良好工作性能,应进行系统的发热和散热计算,并采取措施,选择合适的加热器和冷却器,使油液温度保持在允许的范围内。
The total energy - loss consists of pressure - loss, volume - loss, and mechanical - loss in the industrial klin's hydralic system. It could be converted to heat,increase up the oil temperature, change the oil physical performance, and thus affect the normal job of the hydralic system. In order to guarantee the better job performance, it should caculate the generating- heat and radiating- heat of the system, adopt distions, and select suitable heating - equipment and cooling - equipment for keeping the temperature within allow extention.
