摘要
为了有效地监视制动器要害性故障,文章以图解分析了故障发生的因果关系;指出制动器的状态参数及其识别和制动器状态监测的3种监测方法。其中提到的PBM监测方法已实验室安装,为工业性试验作准备。文章还介绍了闸瓦摩擦系数的在线监测。
In order to efficiently nonitor the vital fault of the brake, this article analyses the causality which fault occurence diagrammatically and points out the status parameters of the brakd and its identification, and 3 brake status monitoring methods, Among them, the mentioned PBM (?)onitoring (?)ethod has been installed in laboratory, and is prepared for commercial test. This article also introduces the on-line monitor of the friction coefficient of the brake shoe.
