摘要
从制动系统结构上对制动器进行了故障分析,并建立了制动系统的故障树,分析了制动器容易产生失效的原因。为提高制动系统的可靠性,提出了一种监测制动力矩的方法,并利用补偿增压装置作为后备保护。
This paper analyzes the failures of disc brake ac-cording to its structure,and builds the failure tree of braking system, and studies the failure reasons easily occured. To in-crease the braking system's reliability, the authors propose a method which monitors the brake torque,and develop a com-pensative braking device as reserve protection,Which decrease or even eliminate the failure
