摘要
目的 研究白藜芦醇对白三烯 B4 ( LTB4 )、LTD4 和 LTC4 生成的影响。方法 大鼠胸腔中性粒细胞 ,以花生四烯酸 ( AA)为底物 ,A2 3 187激活 ,生成 L TB4 ,RP-HPLC定量。卵白蛋白致敏豚鼠肺 ,以抗原攻击产生 LTC4 和 LTD4 ,RP-HPLC定量。结果 白藜芦醇抑制大鼠胸腔中性粒细胞 L TB4 生成和致敏豚鼠肺 L TC4 和 LTD4 生成 ,IC50 分别为 2 .9× 10 - 6 ,1.5× 10 - 5和 3 .0× 10 - 5mol·L- 1。 结论 白藜芦醇具有抑制LTB4 、LTC4 和 LTD4
OBJECTIVE To study effects of resveratrol on biosyntheses of leukotrienes(LTB 4,LTC 4 and LTD 4) METHODS Pleural ploymorphonuclear leucocytes induced with carrageenan in rat were stimulated by A23187,and then LTB 4 was biosynthesized with arachidonic acid as a substrate and measured by RP-HPLC.LTC 4 and LTD 4 were biosynthesized from the lung of guinea pig sensitized and challenged with ovalbumin,and measured by RP-HPLC.RESULTS Resveratrol inhibits biosynthesis of LTC 4 in rat pleural ploymorphonuclear leucocytes with IC 50 of 2 9×10 -6 mol·L -1 and biosyntheses of LTB 4and LTD 4 in sensitized guinea pig lung with IC 50 of 1 5×10 -5 mol·L -1 and 3 0×10 -5 mol·L -1 . CONCLUSION Resveratrol has inhibitory effects of LTB 4,LTC 4 and LTD 4.
