摘要
对中频真空熔铸含Mn量为0 76wt%~1 05wt%和Cr量为0 19wt%~0 21wt%的Cu 9Ni 6Sn合金的铸锭组织、时效和形变时效特征及其组织变化作了研究。实验证明:(1)0 76wt%~1 05wt%Mn、0 19wt%~0 21wt%Cr能完全固溶于Cu 9Ni 6Sn合金中;(2)含少量的Mn、Cr的合金的铸锭组织、时效硬化、形变时效和组织变化等基本特征与不含Mn、Cr的合金相类似,但少量Mn、Cr促进合金时效、形变时效过程,提高最佳时效温度,增加硬化效果和盐酸、硫酸水溶液中的耐蚀性。
The ascast stuctrue,characteristics of aging and thermomechanical aging,structrual change of vacuummelted and cast Cu9Ni6Sn alloy with 076wt%~105wt% Mn and 019wt%~021wt% Cr are investigated.The results show:(1)the 076wt%~105wt% Mn and 019wt%~021wt% Cr are present in solid solution.(2)the ascast structure,agehardening and thermomchanical agehardening characteristics and structural change of the alloys with Mn and Cr are similar to those of alloys without Mn and Cr.But the small amouts of Mn and Cr added accelerate agehardening and thermomechanical agehardening process and increase hardening effect and corrosion resistance in acid solution.
