介绍了Cu-Ni-Sn合金的调幅分解强化机理,重点阐述了微量添加元素、热处理条件对Cu-Ni-Sn合金组织性能的影响,并指出了Cu-Ni-Sn合金今后的研究方向。
This paper introduces the strengthening mechanisms of Cu-Ni-Sn alloy due to spinodal decomposition.The effect of added trace elements and heat treatment conditions on the microstructure is highlighted,and including the future work for the Cu-Ni-Sn alloys.
