摘要
目的 :研究以RP HPLC法同时测定抗敏Ⅱ号中连翘苷、芍药苷的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相法。色谱条件 :InertsilODS 3色谱柱 ;流动相 :甲醇 水 (37∶63) ,双波长检测 ,测定波长λ1 =2 70nm ,λ2 =2 30nm ,流速 :1 .0mL·min- 1 。结果 :连翘苷、芍药苷在上述色谱条件下 ,分离效果理想 ,连翘苷在 0 .1 2 5~ 1 .0 μg范围内 ;芍药苷在 0 .2 5~ 2 .0 μg范围内 ,线性关系良好。结论 :方法简便、准确 ,重现性好 。
Objective: To establish the method of determination of forsythin and paecniflorin in Kongming Ⅱ teabag simultaneously by HPLC. Methods: The determination was carried out with Inertsil ODS 3 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol water(37∶63), forsythin and paecniflorin were determined by dual wavelength, λ 1=270nm,λ 2=230nm, respectively. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and concentration in the rang of 0.125~1.0μg for forsythin and 0.25~2.0μg for paecniflorin, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for assay of Kongming Ⅱ teabag.
