摘要
目的 :建立双辛颗粒 (苍耳子、辛夷、白芷、细辛 ,金银花 ,忍冬藤、蒲公英、甘草 ,桔梗、菊花、黄芩、赤芍、薏苡仁 ,生地 )的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC法为处方中的黄芩、赤芍、白芷、蒲公英、甘草制定了定性鉴别方法 ;用高效液相色谱法制定了制剂中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。结果 :在TLC图谱中可检出黄芩、赤芍、白芷、蒲公英、甘草的特征斑点 ;黄芩苷在 0 .0 590 4~ 0 .3542 4 μg间线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999。 结论 :所建立的方法准确可靠 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for Shuangxin Granules (Fructus Xanthii, Flos Magnoliae, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Herba Asari, Flos Lonicerae, Caulis Lonicerae, Herba Taraxaci, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Platycodonis, Flos Chrysanthemi, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Semen Coicis and Radix Rehmannia). Methods: Radix Scutellariae、Radix Paeoniae Rubra、Radix Angelicae Dahuricae、Herba Taraxaci、Radix Glycyrrhizae in Shuangxin Granules were identified by TLC,and the content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results: Radix Scutellariae、Radix Paeoniae Rubra、Radix Angelicae Dahuricae、Herba Taraxaci、Radix Glycyrrhizae could be identified by TLC. Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.05904~0.35424μg, r =0.9999. Conclusion: The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Shuangxin Granules.
