摘要
目的:优化抗纤I号制剂的提取工艺。方法:以绿原酸和黄芩苷提取量以及干浸膏得率为评价指标,采用正交试验设计法对提取工艺进行优选。结果:提取的最佳工艺条件为:水煎煮2次、煎煮时间为2小时(40min,80min)、醇沉浓度为50%。结论:实验结果为优化抗纤I号制剂的提取工艺提供了实验依据。
Aim: To ascertain the extraction process of Kangxian No.1. Methods: The orthogonal design was used to select the optimum extraction according to amounts of chlorogenic acid and bacicalin and the yield of extracta sicca as the detective markers. Results: The best condition of extraction was as below.The frequency of decoction with water was twice.The time of decoction was totally 2 hours(40min,80min).The concentration of alcohol precipitation was 50%. Conclusion: The experimental results provided the basis for ascertaining extraction process of Kangxian No.1.
