用HPLC测定肌苷中有关物质和降解产物 ,与主药有良好的分离效果。色谱柱为HypersilC1 8(2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相甲醇 -水 (甲醇与水体积比为 10∶90 ) ,流速 1mL·min- 1 ,检测波长 2 4 8nm。
Related compounds of isonine were determinated by HPLC .The analytical column was ODS C18(length:250mm×4.6mm;filler:Hypersil;size:5μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(10:90)and the flow rate was 1ml.min -1 . The detection was carried out with UV detector and the detection wavelength of 248nm was specified.The proposed method was selective,simple and accurate.
