摘要
针对大型蒸发冷却电机的定子设计出一种新的绝缘结构 ,由冷却介质承担主绝缘使主绝缘厚度大幅减薄。用13.8k V电压等级的定子模拟线棒试验的结果表明 ,这种新型主绝缘可行。
Based on the insulation requirements of stator of high voltage generator and special characteristics of evaporation coolant, a kind of new stator insulation structure is designed. The thickness of main insulation is enormously decreased and the main insulation intensity relays on the coolant. Choosing 13 8 kV evaporative turbo generator as an example, whether the new structure is reasonable and feasible is verified by some high voltage experiments. The results show that this new type of insulation is suitable.
