摘要
为了使蒸发冷却水轮发电机更好地应用于工程,在深入研究蒸发冷却系统运行特点的基础上,首次应用工业组态软件Wincc开发了蒸发冷却水轮发电机监控保护装置。文中阐述了蒸发冷却系统的原理及蒸发冷却水轮发电机监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统设计的必要性,介绍了发电机各种参量的实时数据采集、计算、报告、归档、打印等功能的实现方法,重点介绍了过程变量在WinCC、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)、fluke数据采集器之间的数据传输,以及人机界面的组态。
For the engineering application of evaporative cooling for hydro-generators, based on the research for the characteristics of evaporative cooling system, the industrial configuration software WinCC is first applied to the development of a SCADA system for evaporative cooling of hydro-generators. The principle of the evaporative cooling system and the necessity of developing the SCADA system are discussed. The implementation of the system functions such as data acquisition, calculation, reporting, filing and printing, and the data transmission among WinCC, PLC and fluke data collector are introduced.
