摘要
文章研究了ZnAlPb轴瓦合金在边界润滑、滑动磨损条件下的磨损特性。探讨了合金组织及铅相对滑动磨损性能的影响。结果表明:铅能提高合金的耐摩擦磨损性能,ZnAlPb合金的组织结构不易发生粘着磨损,其主要磨损形式为表面擦伤。
The authors investigate the wear characteristic of ZnAIPb bushing alloy under the condition of boundary Iubrication and sliding wear. The effects of alloy microstructures and Pb-phase on sliding wear were explored. The results show that Pb can enhance the property of antifriction and wear-resistance. It is very difficult to happen for adhesion wear in the structures of ZnAIPb alloy. The main form of wear in the alloy is surface rubbing.
