摘要
建立了住房信贷中个人信用等级评估指标体系,并提出了确定指标权重和基于灰色关联度模型的住房信贷中个人信用等级的评价方法。
Estate hostage credit is an efficient means of estate development. The personal credit rate evaluation is the key to estate credit, and an efficient strategy to reduce credit risks. This paper puts forward a credit evaluation index system of personal credit rate in estate credit, gives out the evlauation method to measure the index weight, and the personal credit rate on the basis of grey relation model.
