人类已步入学习型的社会,一次性的学校教育已不能满足人们不断更新知识的需要,必须终身学习才能适应科技的发展和社会的变更。图书馆是知识的宝库,是终身学习的最佳场所。
As we are entering the learningbased society, onceinalife education can no longer meet the people's increasing demand for updating the knowledge. Only through the lifelong learning can we adapt ourselves to the scientific development and social changes. Libraries is the treasure of knowledge and the ideal place for lifelong learning
