The Physical Activity Patterns of Children in 4-6 Grades Living in Urban of Beijing

摘要 目的 了解小学生体力活动模式,为采取有效的措施促进他们积极参加体力活动、制定相关政策和健康目标提供依据。方法随机选取北京市城区4所小学四~六年小学生453名,采用问卷调查和Caltrac体力活动测量仪收集其上周参加体力活动的情况。结果男女生经常参加的业余活动依次为上下楼梯、劳动、步行、跑步等,男女生平均每天参加业余体力活动的时间分别为1.30、1.11h,每天业余体力活动消耗的能量分别为27.89、23.65kJ/kg,每天总体力活动消耗的能量分别为42.17、35.53kJ/kg,每天静坐时间分别为2.00、1.79h,男女生各评价指标之间差异均无显著性。结论 男女生经常参加的活动类型大致相同,活动水平接近。 Objectives To investigate the physical activity patterns of children, to provide evidence for developing intervention measure, policy and health objectives to promote them participate in physical activity regularly. Methods Four hundred and fifty - three students in grades 4-6 from four elementary school in Beijing urban were randomly selected. Physical activity questionnaire and Caltrac motion sensor were used to collect data on physical activity at last week. Resutls Leisure time activities reported most often were up - down stairs, housework, walking, running and so on. Hours of leisure time activity per day for boys and girls were 1.30h, 1.11 h respectively, energy expenditure related to leisure time activity were 27.89 kJ/kg·d-1 for boys and girls respectively. Energy expenditure related to total physical activity of boys and girls were 42.17 kJ/kg·d-1.35.53 kJ/kg·d-1 respectively. The sedentary houra per day of boys and girls were 2.00 h and 1.79 h, respectively. There were no significant difference for the four indicators of physical activity between boys and girls and no significant difference among different grades. Conclusions The activities often participated by boys and girls are similar. The levels of physical activity between them are also almost the same.
