摘要
从学习十六大的基本精神出发 ,以国内外工业化进程的实例说明制造业的重要性。论述了在中国发展制造业、实现工业化必须以长期发展、务实的眼光 ,运用制造业信息化的有力武器 ,实施把制造大国变成制造强国的战略。阐述了制造业信息化的特征及作用 ,结合我国现实情况 。
Based on the fundamental spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the importance of manufacturing industry is illustrated with progress of industrialization history both domestic and abroad. To realize industrialization, a long development period deal with concrete effort of practice should be considered. As a strong weapon, IT application will help to change China from a big country of manufacturing into powerful one. Meanwhile, the characteristics and functions of IT application are expatiated. In the end, some suggestions to realize Chinese IT application are put forward considering the situation of China.
