摘要
走新型工业化道路有利于发挥我国后发优势。首先对后发优势和新型工业化的特征进行了理 论分析,探讨了新型工业化道路下的后发优势。最后指出,在新型工业化条件下,实现后发优势要做到: 加快信息化改造传统产业的步伐、加快高新技术改造传统产业的步伐、大力发展循环经济、创造良好的 制度环境。
Taking the road to the new-type industrilization is favorable to exert the newcoming advantages of China. The article analyses the theory of newcoming advantages and the characteristics of new-type industrialization. It then investigates the newcoming advantages under the new-type industrialization road. At last,the article points out we should accelerate the paces of the traditional industry of the information-based transformation, accelerate the paces of the traditional industry of high new technological transformation, develop recycle economy and create the good system environment.
