摘要
简述了磁致伸缩效应及其在液位测量中的应用。针对储油罐液位测量的特点:大量程至20多m,同时要测量油位、水位、温度及储油量等参数,并且液位测量的允许误差小于几mm,介绍了能满足要求的磁致伸缩液位传感器,并从该传感器的测量原理、信号转换和检测、以及温度对测量的影响等方面进行了详细的分析,对该传感器能够实现高精度液位测量方法进行了研究,供有关研究及应用的技术人员参考。
Describes magentostriction effect and its application in liquid level measurement.Aiming at level measurement in oil tank,which requires a large range up to more than 20 meters,multiparameters including oil level,water level and temperature,and a error less than several millimeters,this paper introduces magnetostictive level sensor,analyzes its operating principle,signal conversion and the effects of temperature,and studies the methods to realize its high accuracy.
