摘要
高校学生干部是新时期高校学生思想政治工作中的一支重要力量,对促进高校教育事业的发展和精神文明建设起着十分重要的作用。如何保证学生干部管理的有效性,是推动高校学生工作不断向前迈进的重要课题。文章从学生干部的培养、使用和管理三个方面,阐述高校学生干部管理的有效性。
University student leaders are an important workforce in the ideological construction.They play an important role in promoting the educational undertakings and the construction of spiritual civilization.Yet,how to guarantee the effectiveness of their work still remains a problem.Hence,this article sets out to discuss the effective ways of supervising them in three aspects:pre training,inservice instruction and supervision.
