摘要
学生干部在高校的学生日常管理中发挥着不可替代的作用,本文结合工作实际,分析了目前学生干部自身和队伍管理中存在的问题,并提出了学生干部培养工作的相应对策。
Student leaders play an irreplaceable role in the daily management of college students.Based on the actual work, this paper analyzed the current problems existing in the management of college student leader team and their own problems and then proposes the corresponding measures for the cultivation of student leaders.
