摘要
分别于 2 0 0 1年 1 2月 1 8~ 2 6日 ,2 0 0 2年 1月 7~ 1 4日和 1 3~ 2 1日用无水氯化钙配制成 Ca2 + 浓度为 0 mg/ ml,2 .5mg/ ml,5.0 mg/ ml,7.5mg/ ml,1 0 .0 mg/ ml,1 5.0 mg/ ml,2 0 .0 mg/ml的 Ca2 +溶液作保鲜剂 ,研究 Ca2 +对月季切花瓶插寿命的影响。试验的不同浓度为不同处理组 ,每个处理组 2 0枝花 ,从切花插入保鲜液开始 ,每隔 6h或 1 2 h观察月季花瓣枯萎程度 ,并测量月季的花径、花重、吸水率。结果表明 ,Ca2 + 溶液对月季切花有一定的保鲜作用。Ca2 +有利于保持花枝的水分平衡 ,增加花枝的鲜重 ,从而增加花瓣的紧张度 ,保持花的姿态 ,延长花的寿命。以 1 0 .0 mg/ ml Ca2 + 浓度的效果最好。
To study the extension of Ca 2+ on vaselife of cut rosa,seven concentrations of Ca 2+(0 mg/ml,2.5 mg/ml,5.0 mg/ml,7.5 mg/ml,10.0 mg/ml,15.0 mg/ml and 20.0 mg/ml) were added into the mediums in 18th-26th of December,2001;7th-14th of January,2002 and 13th-21th of January,2002 respectively.According to the different concentration,the cut rosas were divided into groups with 20 per group.Based on these treatments,the diameter,flesh weight and water abserption of cut rosa in separate groups were measured every 6 hours or 12 hours.The results showed that Ca 2+ could delayed the aging process by lowering stress and improving the balance of the water inside,increasing the flower shoot's ability in absorbing water and its fresh weight.10.0mg/ml was proved to be the best concentration for cut rosa.
