薄板坯连铸连轧(TSCR)热轧过程组织性能预报技术的开发 被引量:15

摘要  简要论述了钢铁材料组织性能预报技术的作用以及在TSCR热连轧生产过程中组织性能预报技术和系统的开发情况。简介了TSCR热轧生产各工序(包括均热炉、精轧机组、层流冷却和热卷带)建立组织性能模型的研究方法、基本内容和步骤。指出组织性能预报技术的开发和应用是新世纪钢铁工业发展的主流之一。 This paper briefed and summarized the importance and development of process modeling technology in thin slab hot rolling. The investigation strategies, scope and procedures to develop process models, including reheating furnace, finishing stands, runout table cooling and downcoilers, were presented in this paper. It was also pointed out that the development and application of process modeling technology is one of main streams of metallurgical industries in the 21st century. 
