摘要
通过充分的前期准备、加强安全措施、强化技术管理及稳定高炉操作,宣钢1260m3高炉在保证喷煤系统安全运行、高炉长期稳定顺行的前提下,在无富氧、风温1020℃左右、渣比在400～430kg、烟煤挥发分高达30%的条件下烟煤比达到了75%,混煤挥发分为24%～30%,煤比达到140kg/t,取得了较好的经济效益。
Under such conditions as no oxygen enrichment,slag rate of 410~430 kg,blast temperature of about 1020 ℃,volatility of bituminous coal of about 30 %, the bituminous coal rate has been increased to 75 % and for a volatility of mixed pulverized coal of 24 %~30 %,the coal rate reached 140 kg/t on Xuanhua steel's 1260 m3 BF,by careful preparation,implementation of all safety measures and stable BF operation
