摘要
采用火花源发射光谱仪对钢中的“五害”元素进行了分析和研究。选择了最佳分析条件 ,用曲线回归方法消除Mn ,Ni,Cr和W的干扰。As ,Sb ,Sn ,Bi,Pb的相对标准偏差分别为 2 80 % ,3 18% ,3 5 5 % ,5 13 % ,4 2 0 %。标样中 5元素的分析结果与标准值基本吻合。精度和准确度均满足邯钢冶炼一些品种钢的生产工艺要求。
Five harmful elements arsenic,antimony,tin,bismuth and lead in steel have been analyzed and studied by spark source spectrometry.
